NUMBERS:
No Ring-No Bring-
Unfortunately, our venue has a hard cap on the number of people allowed on the property. Thus, we have to implement a No ring No bring policy. We totally get what it's like to fall head over heels instantly though, and will try to make it work for your loved one if you call with a special request. It will have to do with how the numbers roll in, though, so we're sorry that there are no guarantees.
Kids-
We love kids. We love your kids, but again, we have a cap on numbers at our venue and any child over 3 counts as a head. That said, children are welcome to attend the hotel festivities. Below are two recommended babysitting services. Additionally, we can set aside a movie/game room for kids staying back. Just let us know~

ATTIRE TIPS:
California can get very cold at night in May (high 40s). We recommend you bring a coat, scarf, or what have you to stay warm!
Also- ladies, I know it's hard to depart from our heels, but you will have a way more enjoyable experience in wedges or flats at our venue. Let this be your opportunity to find the cutest wedges ever!
PHOTOS:
We love photos! Please feel free to take as many as possible to share with us! Our wedding hashtag will be #Spaldens
SMOKING:
Smoking is illegal in most outdoor spaces in California. I know this may be a foreign concept to our out-of-town guests, so here's your fair head's up! Perhaps now is the time to get sneaky with a vapor cigarette...
STANFORD SHOPPING CENTER:
The Stanford Shopping Center is just across the way from the hotel and will have your every need!
Some places you may appreciate:
Soul Cylce - popular spinning classes
The Dry Bar- for hair blowouts
La Belle - day spa and salon
The Art of Shaving- for the gentlemen
Pressed Juicery- if you need your green juice
Apple Store- just because
Here's a list of all the other shops at the Stanford Shopping Center!
SAN FRANCISCO
If you come into town early, or care to stay after the wedding, we highly recommend getting a group together (6-12 people) and doing the The Great Houdini Escape Room at the historic Palace of Fine Arts. It is not only ranked one of the best attractions in San Francisco by Trip Advisor, but also, it comes from the brilliant mind of the bride's brother, Chris Alden.
